Our industrial steel roller shutter doors are a robust and still offer versatility with the ultimate choice provided from our diverse range of industrial doors.
Encompassed within the range are single skin industrial doors and insulated industrial doors. In addition, we offer hand chain operated doors, steel insulated doors with tubular motors and a wide choice of specialist industrial door motors. Our industrial doors are suitable for numerous types of applications such as car parks and industrial buildings where security and large size shutters are required.
Single skin and insulated slats are available along with vision options and multiple colours and finishes. We have many motor options which include either a direct drive, inboard, single phase or 3 phase.
We also offer a Rapid Roll Door which is a high-speed, fabric industrial door with excellent wind resistance, a robust self-repair facility, and a wide range of options and colours. Two versions of the Rapid Roll are available; the standard and self-repair. Both use the same 160rpm GfA Safedrive motor and durable 900gsm PVC curtain. The Rapid Roll comes in a range of colours (we have 2 colour areas; 1 curtain, 2 hardware and brackets, allowing you to create your own colour combinations), offering unique aesthetic and branding opportunities. Rapid Roll has been fully developed and tested in accordance with all relevant clauses/standards with BS EN 13241.

- Standard – wind class 5
- Self-Repair – wind class 3 Self-Repair – should the curtain be displaced from the guide channels, the operator simply opens the door fully, the door leaf will relocate into the guides on closing (no additional servicing is required).
Security Rated Shutters LPS1175 1,2,3 & 4
Where higher levels of security are required, our range includes Steel Shutters which are approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board to LPS1175 with security ratings up to SR4. To achieve the higher-level accreditation, the security steel shutters have been vigorously tested and are recognised by the LPCB to withstand attack and unauthorised entry with heavy duty tools. These high-level security shutters are also made to measure with a wide range of optional extras.
The 2009/2010 Retail Crime Survey carried out by the BRC reported a significant reduction in criminal damage compared to recent years with the reduction being largely attributed to retailer’s considerable increased investment to protect their businesses. High street or retail park, independent or multiple, crime prevention is a necessary consideration for all retailers and businesses.
The emphasis behind the range of designs for our security gates is on integration into our customers building and way of life; unobtrusive, attractive and easy to use. Our aim is to complement the look of the building, ensuring they are effective and secure in daily use.
Security gates are surprisingly unobtrusive when not in use. They can retract neatly behind curtains or blinds when fitted to protect and secure windows and doors and can be locked when the property is vacant and at night.
They are exceptionally safe and easy to handle with a smooth and quiet operation while still offering a high level of protection, ideal for your home or workplace. They are designed to keep intruders out while letting maximum light in, perfect for vulnerable windows and doors within domestic, retail or commercial premises.
We offer a range of levels of security gates from standard steel gates to certified LPCB to LPS 1175 Security Rating 3.
Gates are constructed from steel, galvanised for corrosion resistance and will be polyester powder coated in a selection of colours and finishes. SR2 and SR3 gates have also been successfully bomb blast tested in conjunction with glass backed with anti-shatter security film, using a 100kg charge at 20m. These gates are designed for premises requiring high security and are secured by a multi-point locking system and shoot bolts.
SR2 and SR3 are also available to be designed and manufactured as cages or compounds, which provide enhanced protection within a restricted or shared area. These are available from a small to a grand scale, cages can be engineered for a variety of applications, from a small safe box, to a large room-size cage.
OUR INSTALLATIONS
Secure Window Bar Grilles are an excellent means to enhance security to protect the glass windows at your home or commercial property.
Our bar grilles are all bespoke and can be either fixed or removeable. Their custom made nature means they can be manufactured to meet designs of a plain design or a more ornate appearance, dependant on the individual design and style requirements.
They can be fixed internally and externally, either reveal or face fixed, and our expert team will be able to advise on the best solution for your property and requirements.
Our bar grilles can be manufactured to meet insurance providers specifications and we can also offer bar grilles approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board to LPS1175 with security ratings up to SR4.
The lightweight construction of the certified bar grilles enables them to be installed for a wide variety of applications and their stackable modular design means they can be engineered to secure almost any opening.
All bar grilles are constructed from steel, polyester powder coated in a selection of finishes, as standard, and a galvanised pre-treatment is available for ultimate product longevity.
We supply and install a range of multi-purpose, bespoke-engineered Steel Security door sets, so that all door sets are tailor-made to meet customers’ requirements. Multi-purpose steel door sets are suitable for internal or external installation within industrial, commercial, and domestic buildings.
Each door set is engineered and manufactured to meet a precise and detailed specification, and can be manufactured using 1.2mm, 1.5mm or 2mm Zintec Steel with a double skin construction. Customised steel door sets offer the flexibility to specify a wide and flexible range of features to ensure that all door sets are truly unique for their applications.
Our door sets are fitted with door furniture to enable different requirements to be met and allow for a wide scope of locking options to suit each specification. All standard lock cases, pull and lever handles, push plates, and escutcheons are made from stainless steel to meet BS EN8300; they are also ADM compliant.
Controlled access doors can be factory fitted with mechanical & digital locks or electrically operated hardware such as magnetic locks, electrical strikes and solenoid locks.
As all door sets are made to measure, they can be available with an extensive selection of optional extras, including vision panels, louvres and overhead steel panels. All door sets are polyester powder coated in a selection of RAL and BS colours and finishes, including high quality wood grain effect. Also, options for ISO 10140 acoustic rating from Rw28 to Rw40 and thermal rating to 1.9W/m2K are available.
