All bar grilles are constructed from steel, polyester powder coated in a selection of finishes, as standard, and a galvanised pre-treatment is available for ultimate product longevity.

As all door sets are made to measure, they can be available with an extensive selection of optional extras, including vision panels, louvres and overhead steel panels. All door sets are polyester powder coated in a selection of RAL and BS colours and finishes, including high quality wood grain effect. Also, options for ISO 10140 acoustic rating from Rw28 to Rw40 and thermal rating to 1.9W/m2K are available.

Security Rated Steel Doors LPS1175 1,2,3,4 & 5

Where higher levels of security are required, our range includes Steel Doors which are approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board to LPS1175 with security ratings up to SR4. To achieve the higher-level accreditation, the security steel doors have been vigorously tested and are recognised by the LPCB to withstand attack and unauthorised entry with heavy duty tools. These high-level security doors are also made to measure with a wide range of optional extras and extensive range of high security locking options both manual and electric.

Due to not being foam-filled, this also means that Qompact can be built very tall and wide without vertical supports. It also can’t be pried out with crowbars due to the end retention screws. There are three different box types, including the unique curved box, and also the ability to have either punched or unpunched profiles and can be tailored to meet specific needs. The single-skinned aluminium profile is extruded and powder coated to a high specification, making it extremely robust. Not only does this increase burglary protection, but also protects against extreme weather conditions.
